What I did in Liverpool: Day 2 & Shopping Guide

On our second day in Liverpool we awoke early for a very tasty buffet breakfast, then my sister happily scurried off to her makeup lessons at Peaches & Cream. While she was occupied for a few hours I explored the city some more, being a little culture vulture in the museum and visiting Beatles landmarks. After her lessons we meet up at TGI Friday's for some very tasty food. After that it was shopping time, there is a ridiculous amount of shops to root through in Liverpool so there's something for everyone. I thought I'd make a mini list of some of the places we shopped for anyone looking to visit Liverpool and do a spot of shopping.

Liverpool Shopping:

Liverpool One- Has more than 160 high street shops including Bank, H&M, Hollister, New Look and Office. It also has an Odeon cinema and plenty of places to eat like GBK, Pizza Express, Nando's and TGI Friday's. Perfect for: Those who love the high street and having alot of choice.
Metquarter- Has shops including Jack Wills, All Saints, Armani Exchange, Kurt Geiger, Jo Malone, Mac and Illamasqua. Perfect for: If you're feeling like treating yourself and splashing out a little. Also If you're looking to embrace the incredibly glam Liverpool look drop into Miss Francesca Couture for show stopping pieces worn by celebs like Michelle Keegan.
Cavern Walks- Shops here include Vivienne Westwood, Cricket and Boudoir Boutique. Perfect for: If you're looking for a statement item for a night out drop into the beautiful Boudoir Boutique which is crammed full of treasures.
St Johns Shopping Centre- There's 100 shops in the center and also St Johns Market. Perfect for: If you're looking for a cute outfit, statement necklace, handbag or new a pair of shoes with a bargain price tag. My sister loved it here
Peaches & Cream- A makeup studio where you can get your makeup done, hair styled and buy amazing accessories. Perfect for: A glam makeover or picking up a few glittery pressies from Liverpool.

Also you'll find 100's of shops on Bold Street and City Central BID so honestly if you're looking to shop til you drop Liverpool is perfect. This is just a list of where we went shopping, I'm sure lots of you will have more recommendations and I'd love to hear them! To see what I bought click here I'm trying out bigger images on the blog what do you think?
