I am in love with these Vivienne westwood pirate boots, I love everything about them their colour, shape, buckles but most of all how battered and worn in they are. I am obsessed with them, what I would do for those boots is just criminal. Another beautiful pair I'm pinning for is this Russel and bromley pair below, they don't have anywhere near the same wow factor as Westwoods but they're still incredibly covet able. How I would adore to tuck my feet into either pair and throw on a thick wool coat for my walk to college in the morning. With both out of my price range I am on a hunt for a great quality comfy pair of leather boots for college so wish me luck, any suggestions for stores would be much appreciated.
My nod to this seasons trend for studding comes courtesy of my boyfriend who bought me the studded suede belt below from Chinese Laundry at TK Max. Currently wear it with loose shirt or long ribbed vests and sits fabulously low on the hips. TK Max is my ultimate store; it's got a practically limitless variety of clothes and accessories, there's no overall look or theme to the clothing so your not limited like in many stores, it's a mixture of current and past season so if you don't like what is fashionable at the moment you don't have the same feeling that there's nothing for you like on the high street because in my case very trendy clothing doesn't often suit me. I have no guilt shopping there and that is due to the bizarre excuse I have come up with...TK Max is for clothes the equivalent of the pound for unwanted puppies, it's full of adorable clothes that weren't sold (or wanted) but instead of being thrown away you can love them and give them a home... em yeah well that's how I avoid the guilt of spending anyway, plus it's designer clothes at high street prices.
